UK mainland deliveries

Small items

Standard UK delivery is £3.50 for orders under £30 and £5 for orders over £30. Enjoy FREE UK delivery when you spend over £100.

Where possible, your order will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Larger or heavier parcels that fall outside Royal Mail’s size and weight limits will be sent using an alternative courier, with tracking details provided once dispatched.

We aim for all orders to arrive within 2–5 working days.

Please note, furniture items are excluded from our standard delivery rates.

Large items

Larger furniture items are delivered by us where possible within Hampshire, or by a trusted furniture courier for deliveries further afield.

Furniture items cannot be added to your online basket until you have contacted us for a delivery quote. Delivery costs vary depending on the size of the item and your delivery location. Please get in touch with us before purchasing and we’ll be happy to provide a quote.

Furniture deliveries usually take between 1–3 weeks.

If there is likely to be a longer delay, or an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible so you can choose whether to wait for the item or cancel your order.

International deliveries

We are able to deliver small items internationally. Costs vary depending on your location, so please contact us for full details.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver furniture and large items internationally, but we can make them available for collection.

The Consortium is not liable for any customs charges made in the recipient's country. The customer is completely responsible for these charges.

Accepting your delivery

Please check your items thoroughly for any damage at the point of delivery. Once goods are accepted from the courier, whether signed for or not, The Consortium cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage.

In the unusual event that your item arrives damaged, please accept our apologies. Should this happen, please contact us to arrange a convenient collection date, and a replacement, or a refund if the item is out of stock.

Please note: all goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 or over.

It is your responsibility to check that the item you have purchased will fit into your home before delivery. If your item is large, please check that it can pass freely through doors and corridors and has space to turn.

Should your item not be delivered successfully and be returned to The Consortium, we will ask you to pay an additional delivery charge of £5.95 to resend it.
