Delivery

Furniture: delivered by us within Hampshire, or by a specialist furniture courier, usually within 1–3 weeks. Please contact us for a delivery quote before ordering.

Guide prices (England / Scotland):
Small pieces (coffee tables, bedside tables, mirrors): £50 / £70
Medium pieces (beds, desks, dressing tables): £60 / £85
Large pieces (bookcases, cabinets, armoires, dressers over 6ft): £100 / £145

Please check that your item will fit through your doors and stairways before ordering. Deliveries must be signed for by someone aged 18 or over.

Returns

You can return most items within 14 days of receiving them, unused and in their original packaging, with your invoice. Return postage is paid by you, and delivery charges aren't refunded.

Some items can't be returned, including furniture, earrings, hats, hair accessories, make-up, skincare, fragrance and food. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

If something arrives damaged, please let us know straight away and we'll put it right.
